How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
As soon as payment is confirmed allow up to one working day for processing & courier pick up.
How Do I Track My Order?
A tracking number from the courier will be provided as soon as the item has been scheduled for pickup.
Your tracking number will be activated after 24 hours.
An automated email or SMS update will be sent out as soon as your parcel is in transit and when it's ready for delivery.
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
Metro Manila Orders: 1-5 working day(s) or Office Pick Up
Provincial Orders: 3-7 working day(s)
*No shipping, Pick Up & delivery on Saturdays, Sundays & non-working holidays.
*Office hours are 1 - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
*Soak Artisan Soap will not be liable for any delays due to acts of God or force majeure.

Do You Have Same Day Pick Up?
Yes! You may select "Pick Up " option upon check out. We will be in touch as soon as website order payment is completed & it's ready for pick up. You will book the courier via Lalamove, Grab, etc and you will settle the payment with the courier upon delivery.
*We only accept payments for pick up via bank deposit and PayMaya. No COD or payment upon pick up.
*Payment cut off time is 2 pm Mon-Fri, payment made after that will be sent out the next working day.
*This is a pickup point only, we won't be able to entertain other concerns or inquiries.
*Office hours are 1pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
